DAY 1: MARRAKECH → ATLAS MOUNTAINS – KASBAH AIT BEN HADDOU → DADES VALLEY
Your 3 days Tour from Marrakech to Merzouga desert will start with a pick-up. at 08:00 am from your riad or anywhere you’re in Marrakesh. You’ll driving through the landscapes of the High Atlas mountains, via the Tizi-N-Tichka pass which reaches an altitude of 2260 meters. Once you get the mountains. You will have many stops along the way, to see some beautiful Berber villages.
Reach the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. It’s one of the best activity to do during this trip from Marrakech to Merzouga. This fortified village is considered a great example of Moroccan architecture. DAY 2: DADES VALLEY → TINGHIR TODGHA GORGE → MERZOUGA
We’ll begin the second day of your 3 days sahara desert excursion from Marrakech to Merzouga with a delicious breakfast. Then travel to Tineghir, where we’ll stop in a panoramic view looking to charming Berber villages, and an oasis full of palm trees. Than to a Canyon called Toudgha Gorge, it’s 300 meters high, here we’ll have a walk under this deep Canyon.
Later in the afternoon. when we arrive in Merzouga, you’ll go camel trekking across the Erg Chebbi dunes. During the trek, you’ll stop in a high dunes. to watch a magnificent sundown over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Then continue camel riding to your camp, have a free time to relax. Enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner, you’ll have a seat around a campfire with Berbers playing drums and telling stories under a sky full of stars. Overnight at your private tent.

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA → DRAA VALLEY → OUARZAZATE → MARRAKECH
Today, an early wake-up is highly recommended, to watch an impressive sunrise from the nearest high dune. After a delicious breakfast, so you’ll have the choice to leave the camp by camels, or by a 4×4 vehicle. Then drive back to Marrakech. But, this time via the Valley of Draa, the Morocco’s longest (1100 kilometers).
Feel free to ask your driver to stop whenever you want. Once we arrive in Ouarzazate, you’ll have a stop in front of the historical monument “Taourirt Kasbah” for photos. You’ll have lunch here, then head to Marrakech via the High Atlas mountains. Drop off at your accommodation and end your 3 days tour adventure from Marrakech to Merzouga desert.
