Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Benhaddou Kasbah – Dades Valley

Leave the city, driving southeast through the High Atlas mountains where you’ll enjoy breathtaking views valleys and villages. After a tasty breakfast, we’ll drive to Tinghir where we’ll stop in an impressive viewpoint, to an incredible oasis full of palm trees and many kasbahs. You’ll have an opportunity to walk under the great Canyon of Todgha, which was cut by the Todgha River. The gorge is 300 meters deep. When we arrive in Merzouga desert. Your luggage will be taken by a 4×4 vehicle to your camp while you’re going on a camel trek. Watch brilliantly red and orange sunset over the Erg Chebbi. Day 3: Merzouga Desert to Fes

An early start this morning is rewarded, with a tranquil and gorgeous sunrise. After a delicious breakfast in the camp, you can choose to leave the camp by camel trekking back, or by a 4×4 vehicle. Leave Merzouga, driving to Fez. On the way, you’ll stop in a panoramic view of the Ziz Valley. The valley is full of palm trees and some villages. In the Cedar forest of the Middle Atlas, you may see some Barbary Apes. They’re one of the few species to live in a cold climate. As you will stop in Ifrane city for a break and a coffee, the city is called the Switzerland of Morocco.The  trip from Marrakech to Fes desert tour will finish in Fez at your accommodation in the late evening. Total driving distance: Around 470 km. Total driving time: Around seven and a half hours.

Great Marakech to Fes Desert Tour

3 days 2 nights Marrakech to Fes desert tour with Abdo & Said, nothing was ever a hassle, they knew all the stops for great views and photos & they both really made our trip so enjoyable & fun. We had a lot of laughs & learned a lot about Berbers (& good riddles) and always felt like we were in safe hands. The accommodation was perfect & Said was always thoughtful about everything and always ensured we were happy. Highlights were the camel ride, feeding monkeys in Cedar forest & sunset in the Sahara dunes. We wish we could have spent more time with them & feel now we have Berber friends!

Amazing Sahara trip

This tour Fes to Erg Chebbi Desert was absolutely amazing. Hassan was our driver and tour guide, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, as we drove from Fes to Erg Chebbi. He was very flexible in making stops where and when we wanted, and his English is perfect. He is the real gem. The desert experience is definitely luxurious so don’t worry – it’s more like glamping. Make sure to bring and drink lots of water, and try all the local food. It’s one of a kind!
