We’re sure you’ll be struck by the extravagant, beauty and charm of its narrow streets, adorned with green plants and red roses. We will also take a long walk beside the dignifying running river, of this beautiful town, and drink mint tea in the grand square called “ Plaza Uta el Hamam”. Second day of your 4-Day Desert Tour from Tangier. After having a fully healthy breakfast, we will head towards our favorite destination Merzouga Sahara desert via the Middle Atlas mountains, such an alluring view of nature.

Then we visit the city of Ifrane, commonly known as “Morocco’s Little Switzerland”. We will drive through Azrou, we cross the Ziz Valley and we visit Midelt, then fossils in Erfoud.

Your Driver transfers you to Merzouga, where we endure the Sahara desert in a popular camel ride. We will spend the night in a desert camp under shining stars, after having dinner and attending to some Berber music.

4-day 3 nights Desert Tour Tangier to Erg Chebbi desert with Abdo & Said, nothing was ever a hassle, they knew all the stops for great views and photos & they both really made our trip so enjoyable & fun. We had a lot of laughs & learned a lot about Berbers (& good riddles) and always felt like we were in safe hands. The accommodation was perfect & Said was always thoughtful about everything and always ensured we were happy. Highlights were the camel ride, feeding monkeys in Cedar forest & sunset in the Sahara dunes. We wish we could have spent more time with them & feel now we have Berber friends!

This Desert tour Tangier to Marrakech was absolutely amazing. Hassan was our driver and tour guide, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, as we drove from Tangier to Erg Chebbi. He was very flexible in making stops where and when we wanted, and his English is perfect. He is the real gem. The desert experience is definitely luxurious so don’t worry – it’s more like glamping. Make sure to bring and drink lots of water, and try all the local food. It’s one of a kind!

1. WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES ARE USED?This is a great question! At “Visit Morocco Sahara” vehicle comfort is so important. That’s why we use Toyota Prado Land Cruiser Tx, Ford 8 seater van, Mercedes Benz sprinter minibus for groups of more than 8 people, and many other comfortable vehicles. 2. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK THE TOUR? We recommend booking as soon as you know the dates.

3. HOW DO I TAKE MY LUGGAGE TO THE CAMP?

When your camel trek starts, a 4×4 vehicle will carry your luggage. So, you find your luggage once you arrive the camp. 4. IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN FOOD? Yes, it’s possible to provide vegetarian or vegan food. Please let your driver/guide know in the morning of the first day. 5. I DON’T WANT TO RIDE A CAMEL, HOW DO I REACH THE CAMP?If you don’t want to ride a camel, we’ll take you by a 4×4 vehicle to the camp. 6. IS THE SANDBOARDING INCLUDED? Yes, sandboarding or sand surfing is included . Please, let your driver/guide know if you’re interested in sandboarding. He’ll make sure you get a board once you get to the camp, because there’re just a few boards.

7. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE 4-Day Desert Tour from Tangier?

First, we ask for a small deposit to be paid via PayPal to our account. Second, the rest of the payment cash, and should be paid to our driver/guide in euros or dollars, or equivalent in dirhams on the first day.

How cold is it during the night in the desert?

In the winter, the desert gets quite cold at night (temperatures can drop to around 0). Warm blankets will be provided, but we recommend that you bring warm sleeping clothes. How long is camel ride in Merzouga dunes?The camel trek lasts for about 1 hour, depending on the season, daylight, etc.
