Day 1: Tangier to Chefchaouen then Fes

It is a stunning villag in the feet of Rif mountains and its medina has a Spanish-style square. Then we continue our private Morocco tour to Fes. Here we spend the night in traditional hotel/ riad.
Day 2: Fes to Sahara Desert via Cedar forest & Ziz valley

We will stop at the cedar forests to watch local apes. then We head to Midelt capital of apples in Morocco, afterwards we will pass Ziz valley, then towards city of Errachidia. continue our private tour to Erfoud, and Rissani. Here we may explore fossil products and factories, local souk in Erfoud and after we reach Merzouga. Camels are waiting to Pick up you to desert Berber camp, located in the middle of the Erg Chebbi desert. The camel ride takes about 45 min. We will have a dinner in desert camp and enjoy this night in desert tents with Berber drums music under the stars.
Day 3: Sahara Desert to Marrakech via High Atlas Mountains

On the last day of our 3 Days Tour Tangier to Marrakech via Sahara Desert, we will cross the Valley of the Dades and the Valley of the Roses until arriving at Ouarzazate, where we will visit the Kasbah of Taourirt.
After about 25 km of the road, we will see the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, declared World Heritage by UNESCO, famous for being the scenario of cinematographic blockbusters like the Oscar-winning “Lawrence of Arabia”, “The Protective Sky” or “Babel”.
We will follow the road through the Tizi N-Tichka pass, and the beautiful landscapes of the High Atlas mountains. That will lead us to the “Red City”, Marrakech and here you can say goodbye to your guide.

3-day 2 nights Desert Tour Tangier to Marrakech with Abdo & Said, nothing was ever a hassle, they knew all the stops for great views and photos & they both really made our trip so enjoyable & fun. We had a lot of laughs & learned a lot about Berbers (& good riddles) and always felt like we were in safe hands. The accommodation was perfect & Said was always thoughtful about everything and always ensured we were happy. Highlights were the camel ride, feeding monkeys in Cedar forest & sunset in the Sahara dunes. We wish we could have spent more time with them & feel now we have Berber friends!

This 3-Day tour Tangier to Marrakech via Sahara Desert was absolutely amazing. Hassan was our driver and tour guide, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience, as we drove from Tangier to Erg Chebbi. He was very flexible in making stops where and when we wanted, and his English is perfect. He is the real gem. The desert experience is definitely luxurious so don’t worry – it’s more like glamping. Make sure to bring and drink lots of water, and try all the local food. It’s one of a kind!

1. WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES ARE USED?This is a great question! At “Visit Morocco Sahara” vehicle comfort is so important. That’s why we use Toyota Prado Land Cruiser Tx, Ford 8 seater van, Mercedes Benz sprinter minibus for groups of more than 8 people, and many other comfortable vehicles. 2. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK THE TOUR? We recommend booking as soon as you know the dates.
3. HOW DO I TAKE MY LUGGAGE TO THE CAMP?
When your camel trek starts, a 4×4 vehicle will carry your luggage. So, you find your luggage once you arrive the camp. 4. IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN FOOD? Yes, it’s possible to provide vegetarian or vegan food. Please let your driver/guide know in the morning of the first day. 5. I DON’T WANT TO RIDE A CAMEL, HOW DO I REACH THE CAMP?If you don’t want to ride a camel, we’ll take you by a 4×4 vehicle to the camp. 6. IS THE SANDBOARDING INCLUDED? Yes, sandboarding or sand surfing is included . Please, let your driver/guide know if you’re interested in sandboarding. He’ll make sure you get a board once you get to the camp, because there’re just a few boards.
7. HOW DO I PAY FOR THE 3-Day Desert Tour from Tangier to Marrakech?
First, we ask for a small deposit to be paid via PayPal to our account. Second, the rest of the payment cash, and should be paid to our driver/guide in euros or dollars, or equivalent in dirhams on the first day.
How cold is it during the night in the desert?
In the winter, the desert gets quite cold at night (temperatures can drop to around 0). Warm blankets will be provided, but we recommend that you bring warm sleeping clothes. How long is camel ride in Merzouga dunes?The camel trek lasts for about 1 hour, depending on the season, daylight, etc.
